SHIPPING POLICY

WE SHIP ACROSS THE GLOBE. FOR DETAILS, REFER TO OUR BELOW MENTIONED SHIPPING POLICY -

1. We ship across the globe.
2. We ship via DHL Express, FedEx, USPS, XINDUS, SHIPROCKET, SHIPGLOBAL, UPS, India Post, USPS and Aramex.
3. SAINLY does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
4. International Shipping is FREE, in some categories you can upgrade to express shipping services.
5. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 12 hours of placing the order.
6. We takes 2-5 business days to dispatch and 4-7 days for Express shipping and 8-15 days for standard shipping (Remote Area May Take Longer). We dispatch order only when all the products in the order are ready.
7. SAINLY tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. 
8. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
9. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
10. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
11. Dry clean recommended due to international shipping and small packaging.
