Shipping policy

WE SHIP ACROSS THE GLOBE. FOR DETAILS, REFER TO OUR SHIPPING POLICY BELOW -

1. We ship across the globe.
2. We ship via DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Xindus, ShipGlobal and Shiprocket.
3. SAINLY does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
4. Shipping is FREE worldwide. In some countries you can upgrade to express shipping; the options available for your address are shown at checkout.
5. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 12 hours of placing the order.
6. Dispatch: 5-7 working days after your measurements are confirmed (7-12 working days for embroidered suits). Shipping: 5-12 working days (remote areas may take longer). We dispatch the order only when all the products in the order are ready.
7. SAINLY tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances.
8. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page.
9. Duties & taxes: If any duties or taxes apply to your order, they are shown and paid at checkout. If none are shown at checkout, you will not have to pay anything extra when your order arrives.
10. Dry clean recommended due to international shipping and small packaging.
